Meet Kelechi Amadi

Kelechi says foretelling his career path would have been difficult for any career coach or fortune teller. He never envisioned real estate as his dream job. He always wanted to become a medical doctor or a psychotherapist. However, during his university education, he realized that a career in the health sciences was not for him.

But he didn’t want to quit. During his final year in university, Kelechi watched a TV show called “Million Dollar Listings.” This show inspired him to pursue a license in real estate.

The year 2009 was economically challenging due to the lingering effects of the great recession. Initially treating real estate as a side hustle, Kelechi sought other jobs to gain experience before potentially starting an MBA program. However, the recession made job hunting difficult, leading him to focus full-time on real estate.

Kelechi’s real estate journey began by helping tenants find homes to rent. This progressed to assisting some of them in purchasing their first homes. Tenant clients became buyer clients and buyer clients became seller clients. Since 2009, Kelechi’s journey in real estate has been both rewarding and fulfilling.

Kelechi considers his greatest reward to be the opportunity to assist clients in any real estate transaction, whether selling their first home, buying an investment property, or finding a temporary residence.

He places more emphasis on the relationship than the transaction, always making himself available for his clients and prioritizing their interests. He prides himself on being purposeful in helping clients navigate their decision-making process in an organized manner.
